Cons

  • Only made for children less than five months. When the child grows, the parents will have to look for a bigger bed for the baby to sleep in, so it is indispensable. The baby has to transition to a bigger crib when he/she starts moving with her hands or legs.
  • The pad is thin and doesn’t seem comfortable.
  • The polyester bed sheet isn’t soft for a baby at all. One will have to buy a cotton bed sheet that is much softer and comfortable for the baby.
  • The storage basket is very shallow and cannot accommodate a lot of stuff. One can only keep a few essentials.
  • When being delivered, the bed skirt is easily crumpled and makes it hard for one to make it look more presentable again.
  • The craft of the Cambria Co-Sleeper Bassinet is weak since the headboard has a split that radiates from a screw hole. Sometimes the screws are not well tightened.
  • The bassinet can be smaller than expected after seeing the picture.
  • It is very expensive since one has to buy other stuff to go together with the bassinet like the Arm’s Reach Mini Co-Sleeper 100% Cotton White Sheet, the leg extenders, the mattress protector, etc.
  • Makes it difficult for the mother to get in and out of bed with the bassinet attached after a C-section. It is only convenient if one has another side of the bed to attach it or one is using it as an independent bassinet.
  • Cannot be used in Co-Sleeper mode if the bed frame protrudes the mattress.
